An engaging exploration of Scenarios for those with a working knowledge of the technique, focusing on the pressure points in using Scenarios for organisational advantage. 

Building on the Outsights Scenario Induction Course, this intensive day will draw on the insights of programme leaders, participants' experiences and case examples to: 

• Identify the challenges and pitfalls of using the technique
• Exchange practical tips and best practice to address those challenges
• Share facilitation skills in running a Scenario project
• Maximise the practical application - the So What? - of Scenario thinking
• Suggest how to engage with and communicate value to stakeholders

The programme will be led by senior Outsights Scenario practitioners, with well over a decade's experience of using Scenarios in most geographies and sectors.
