Maintaining leadership in the midst of organisational change
A global leader in logistics services was undergoing significant change in structure, processes, systems and leadership. A major challenge was embedding these changes and improving service and delivery. Outsights worked with the team to align thinking, and to develop workable options and an implementation plan to deliver the changes.

Communicating new strategy across the business
In the face of a new global strategy, an aviation fuel and services producer needed views on the clarity of the strategy, on implementation challenges and on the need, urgency and priority for change. Outsights used its established change audit methodology to interview the executive team to bring the critical issues and perspectives to light. With this information, Outsights then worked with key team members to prioritise the changes required to implement the strategy.

The impartial sounding board
As part of a regular retainer, Outsights acts as an impartial sounding board to advise the strategic office and senior management of a major blue chip company on their ongoing strategic thinking programme and on their implementation plans.

Getting industry stakeholders to agree R&D priorities and action
At the annual summit of leading Research and Development directors from the world’s pharmaceutical industry, Outsights stayed and facilitated dialogue on the future direction and drivers shaping the industry as basis for developing and industry strategy for change.

Identifying the Risks of Corporate “Culture Clash”
Two multinationals from different countries engaged Outsights and its associates to help identify the differences in their corporate cultures that might put at risk a proposed joint venture in a challenging geographical region. Extensive internal interviewing and a rigorous process for collective debate was undertaken, resulting in a hard decision being taken. 

Keeping the City Competitive
The chief executives of five City of London financial firms engaged Outsights to facilitate a strategic conversation between them. The objective: to create plans to ensure the competitiveness of the London marketplace, balancing their collective need to find workable solutions for the marketplace with their own needs as competitors.
