A leading UK healthcare company's leadership development programme brings together young leaders and senior executives to think about how to continue its success and to build on it to become a recognised world leader. In three-day programmes, Outsights brings all levels together to understand the macro factors shaping change in the coming decade, the possible future trajectories of key drivers, and works with them to develop Scenarios and credible options for developing the business.

 

Inventing the Organisation's Future 

Over three days in three events, Outsights managed a programme for 100 participants from around the world, exposing them to insights from experts and thought-leaders in the industry to challenge their thinking and understand the changing future landscape, and then working with them to develop implications for their businesses.

 

Motivating Change 

In bringing to light future trends, leading speakers and successful case studies from different parts of the business, the leadership programme enabled participants to see where real changes was taking place and the rationale behind these which allowed them to take back real actions to their businesses. It also provided an opportunity for shared learning across the global organisation as well as networking and developing common future Scenarios to use as a basis for strategic options.
