A leading food manufacturer needed to expose its international businesses to new and creative ways of thinking about changes in their future business environment and to engage its strategic teams in a participative exercise to build credible and challenging views of the future - scenarios - as a context to strategy formulation. Working to a limited timescale, Outsights developed skeleton scenarios for the future of the tomato and devised a framework for the senior decision-making team to think about implications for the business.
