David is an experienced consultant with hands-on experience of developing, financing and closing commercial transactions as well as business strategy development. With over twenty years experience in the energy and utility sector David has worked and lived in Asia, Middle East and Europe with experience in developing complex integrated energy projects, negotiations at government level, and managing joint ventures during his 20 years with Shell. He was a key member of the team that closed a major LNG project in the Middle East.
In 2003 David lead the sale of the EconoMatters Group to CRISIL, India’s leading Ratings, Financial News, Risk & Policy Advisory Company owned by Standard and Poors.
