Specialising in organisational and executive development, Susan works with major global and Australian companies undergoing significant change. Her consulting experience includes individual coaching of executives; organisational capability assessment; design and implementation of leadership and human resource strategies; as well as, more recently, the development of Board and sub-committee Governance Charters.
Susan has directed executive development programmes at MT Eliza Business School (Melbourne) and her Board experience includes the Mental Health Review and local Conservation authorities.
