Julie Mosmuller leads Outsights social and environmental research. Julie has wide-ranging experience in research and project management with organisations in Amsterdam and London.
She recently participated in the National ThinkTank in The Netherlands, a network of young professionals from government, business and academia aiming to foster innovative social change. She co-authored Recept voor Morgen – the 2006 ThinkTank report on reforming the Dutch healthcare sector. Julie has also published articles on Dutch politics, European integration and Consumer Trends. Recent research includes the Future of Eastern Europe and Russia, the Future of the Consumer and The Future of Healthcare.
Prior to joining Outsights, Julie worked for The Economist Intelligence Unit, Chatham House and the International Institute of Social History in Amsterdam. She has an M.Phil (Hons) in Modern Society and Global Transformations from the University of Cambridge and a BA and MA (Hons) in Socio-Economic History & History of International Affairs from Utrecht University in The Netherlands and Université Paris IV – La Sorbonne.
Julie has an active interest in politics, languages and other cultures and has travelled across Europe, West Africa and India. She enjoys running and playing the piano.
